Edward F. Carpezzi is the CEO and Co-Founder of Synchronized Risk, where he leads the firm’s operations, strategic growth, and talent development. With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ed has built a reputation for his deep expertise in risk management, innovative approach, and ability to bring together high-performing teams.

Ed began his career in 1988 and quickly became a recognized leader in the field. Before co-founding Synchronized Risk, he served as President and CEO of CLG Insurance, where he successfully grew the firm before its acquisition by Acrisure in 2014. His leadership played a key role in shaping CLG into a trusted provider of insurance solutions and ensuring a smooth transition during its sale.At Synchronized Risk, Ed remains actively involved, working closely with select commercial and family office clients to provide tailored risk management solutions. He’s passionate about creating a company that combines the capabilities of a large firm with the personal touch of a boutique business. Under his leadership, Synchronized Risk focuses on leveraging technology, strong carrier relationships, and top-tier talent to deliver exceptional value to clients.

Outside of work, Ed enjoys golf and traveling. He believes that strong relationships—both in business and life—are the key to success.
