Ed began his career in 1988 and quickly became a recognized leader in the field. Before co-founding Synchronized Risk, he served as President and CEO of CLG Insurance, where he successfully grew the firm before its acquisition by Acrisure in 2014. His leadership played a key role in shaping CLG into a trusted provider of insurance solutions and ensuring a smooth transition during its sale.At Synchronized Risk, Ed remains actively involved, working closely with select commercial and family office clients to provide tailored risk management solutions. He’s passionate about creating a company that combines the capabilities of a large firm with the personal touch of a boutique business. Under his leadership, Synchronized Risk focuses on leveraging technology, strong carrier relationships, and top-tier talent to deliver exceptional value to clients.
